Issue 5: Javascript reorganisation

Update javascript so that fluidr.js only holds fluid stuff so that 
when in set mode etc. we don't get pages etc.

Javascript is now in it's own folder, and new functionality is being 
neatly separated.

However, it would be good to use a proper object type representation 
of the code.

Fluidr
